Flash was the leading technology when we used the web by PC.
Later we got Smartphones. The needs of the internet changed.
Web sites should work properly on mobile, desktop, tablets, and even smart TVs.
Flash, Java, Silverlight were working with plugins and extra software.
Today we should be able to see the dynamic content without any additional plugins to our portables.
Here HTML5 comes.

One of them is Canvas.
Canvas
Canvas uses JavaScript to manipulate with graphical elements and the board.
The main areas are
- Complex drawing online applications
- Highly interactive tools, for example 3D builders
- Chars and graphs
- Games
- and much more
So HTML5 is the easy and modern solution to build amazing and light modern front effects.
